For those women who have had a baby naturally I have a question. I'm a petite woman, about 5'1'' with a starting weight of 128. I'm only 28, 35w3d pregnant, and have gained about 12 lbs. I had a nurse friend tell me recently she didn't think I would be able to have the baby naturally and that I would most likely need a c-section. I really don't want a c-section, but if it happens, it happens. I asked my ob what he thought right after he checked for dilation yesterday, and he said my exam was more favorable than he would have guessed. So I'm assuming that means it's more possible to deliver naturally than he originally thought?  I would love some inspiration from other petite mommas who had a natural birth.
