Pcos & thyroid

Hi ladies, am new to the group, seeking your help and advises. We have recently moved to Miami so any help with IVF docs in this city would be a big help😊. My insurance covers nothing😁.
I'm 39 with pcos and thyroid, ttc for 3 years, 1 failed IVF, very irregular periods, on metformin 1500mg. What treatments, meds, vitamins you all took and turned BFP. Pls advise, praying for all beautiful ladies trying hard. May God bless you all.
