My boyfriend is more than twice my age... He is 52, I am 25. We are very much in love, and just celebrated our 2nd anniversary. Initially, I didn't know we would have such a loving, lasting relationship, so I avoided telling my parents, who I didn't think would approve of the age gap. Well... I still haven't told them. At this point, I feel okay about the age thing, and worse about lying to my family for so long. It's almost like a double life. I'm torn because I think my mom would be pissed and really give me hell for it. (My bf supports the decision either way.) Advice? Thanks!
