Breakup or nah?

I've been with my boyfriend for two years but recently we started talking about marriage and realized that we have a problem. We have different religious beliefs and it's the kind that you can't ignore. He calls on God and I call on Yahweh. 
This is a big problem for both of our families and in the future when we have kids what are we going to teach them to call on ? 
He says he is willing to deal with it but I honestly don't think it's that simple. The child has a right to choose his religion when he gets older but while young I want him to have a set religious belief to follow. I just want some advice as to what's best for us. We really love each other but I don't want a headache or possible divorce in the future.

You are approaching this all wrong. Instead of looking at the differences, look at what your religions have in common.  Start there. Be an example to this world where religion too often causes war. 
I was raised by a Catholic mom and agnostic dad. Yet, my dad was our priest's best friend.  He valued getting a non-religious point of view from my dad, plus they shared a love for music. 
My maternal grandmother converted to a Jehovah's Witness later in life. My paternal great grandmother was Jewish. So it is possible. I wouldn't be here today if my ancestors had let religious differences get in the way!!

I thought Yahweh was the Jewish name for God which would mean you believe in the same god. Or am I mistaken? Is Yahweh also used in another religion?

I am atheist and my fiancée is a Hindu when we have children we will teach them about religions and let them choose when they want to. We won't push one or another they can be any religion they want as long as they arnt hurting anyone. They can be Hindu, atheist , Muslim , Christian , Jewish or another religion and that would be ok with us as long as they are happy about their choice and it's something they really want. It's their choice we will inform them of the religions and give them a choice to pick or not pick they can pick religion or not religion it's up to them. I would just give your children the information and let them choose. Like if my children choose a religions and want to go to church or mosque or temple I will go with them if they want me to.

He loves you if he is will to work with you 
But you sound as though your not willing to do so and sounds as though your not as into the relationship as he is 
You need to leave and let him find someone who is willing  
Unless you can deal with allowing your children to grow up in both

My husband is Christian I am christian-Wiccan our children will go to church and I will be with them but our children will also participate in rituals  with me and my husband will be with us

It's called compromise and if you can't do it then you need leave before its to late

I'm not religious, so maybe this is naive or off-base, but can't you teach your child both? I have a few friends who were raised to be both Christian and Jewish--they used the God terms interchangeably.

I don't see how you can go 2 years without discussing this. That's usually the first thing I ask before I even agree to date a guy. But I am very bias on things like this so I will keep my opinions to myself. To each their own.

I am Christian and my husband is atheist. He respects my beliefs. He knows I'll let the kids choose their own path and he will stand by me while teaching them to. You gotta compromise or it will not work out.

It's really up to you guys. None of us can talk you into staying with one another. Some people, religion is a deal breaker and that's ok. I couldn't date someone religious because that's not what I want out of a partner and if you want someone with the same belief/non belief as you then that's what you should go get!
