Another Ethics Question

Another question I dug up from that class that applies to this app. One thing I'd like to add to this one though is that you can only use the information in the scenario- there are no other choices or changes that can be made to the answer. Please don't get upset at that- these are hypotheticals. So here's the other one: You have decided to carry to term a set of conjoined twins- the doctors have assured you they can live a good life together or they can be separated. Once born however it is discovered that the twins share one heart- and that heart can only sustain one body. Because of the vasculature connected to the heart there is no hope of obtaining a heart transplant for one. If left together they will both die in less than 6 months. If separated one will die as soon as separation is completed. Both twins have an EQUAL CHANCE of survival once separated and the doctors refuse to make the choice. So what would you do?  Keep them together and let them go or somehow choose and hope the lost twin's organs could be donated
