PCO + high AMH - any advice?

I just found out I have PCO (not PCOS) with elevated AMH. I have an appointment with my FS this week to discuss it. Has anyone been diagnosed with this? If so, did your FS recommend any interventions? I'm just trying to get an idea of some questions to ask my FS, and what I might expect to hear during the appointment. Thanks!

My md placed me on steroids to prevent ohss for my ivf cycle. I also have a different trigger. Hcg isn't safe for pco. Hcg remains in your system too long for people like us. It would cause you to continue to release eggs. You would need to use and alternative like lupron. During stimulation your md may start you off on low doses of gonal f and gradually increase your dose so your eggs to grow to fast because it puts you at row for ohss. I never did iui. I'm currently doing ivf. If you do experience ohss. They will retrieve your eggs and make you wait a cycle or two so your hormones can calm down. Sorry I didn't know what a fs was. Are you trying to get pregnant? Your md is going to want to know whether to plan or prevent pregnancy. If you are trying to get pregnant, then the md will refer you to a reproductive endocrinologist. They specialize in helping women get pregnant with fertility problems and ovarian dysfunction, pcos. If you are not trying to get pregnant you may need bc if your cycles are irregular.

High amh is associated with pcos. In pcos you produce a lot follicles. When you do egg retrieval, you will have more than eggs than the typical woman. What does pco stand for? Never heard of it. W
