We have just started 'trying' for a baby but don't want to put too much pressure on ourselves so we're both focusing on getting ourselves fit and healthy for the new year! I have been pushing myself to compete a couple of workouts a week but with a busy full time job sometimes struggle to find the time. How do other people manage to fit their exercise in? I've also just started taking aloe vera juice and have been amazed by how my energy levels have improved already. My best friend is completing the clean 9 challenge ready for her wedding in feb. Would love to know if anyone has had success using aloe Vera juice?
