Okay, don't get frustrated when you read this. I have an app on my phone called Noom. It counts calories, gives you tasks, shows you a weight graph, logs your exercise, offers motivation and tips! :)
I gained 20 pounds over the holidays. In 5 days with a pro membership to Noom (which cost $19.99 for 3 months. That is NOT that much) I've dropped 5 pounds. I exercised only 2 days this week. 5 pounds in 5 days is quite impressive to me!! I'm very proud. Also, you can use Noom for free and it still works amazingly, you just don't get access to ALL the things, but you do get most of them. I encourage you all to try the free version for a few months, and then, if you want, upgrade to the paid version! :) I'd love to help anyone if I can!
