I was induced due to high blood pressure at 37w2d. I was in labor for 35 hours with a pitocin drip and got my epidural shortly after they broke my water. I was in a lot of pain and just couldn't handle it anymore. The epidural was my savior. On the 22nd of January 2014 baby Jacob arrived. He was not breathing well and had to go directly to the NICU. He was there for 9 days on breathing support but came home and has been great since. He is going to be a year in two weeks.
