Tips for having baby come faster?

With my first I had a natural birth and it was very long from the time I started having contractions till he was finally born. I was wondering if there is anything tried and proven that helped you speed it up so I can try this time around :)

Move around a lot don't sit or lay down Gravity is your friend when birthing babies. Even squating or being on all fours while delivering is helpful.

I used a big yoga ball with my second. I swear it helped. The last few weeks I would use it as a chair and just bounce and roll my hips around. When I went into labor I uses it almost the whole time.. Bouncing... Twisting... Looked silly but I think it helped.

Babies come when they come. Second is usually faster, you've already been stretched out.

There was a study that said eating 6 dates starting i think 2 weeks before your dd helped expidite labor when the time came

I agree with the others, stay moving! The birth ball STACKED my contractions on top of each other, I had to get off! But it definitely moved things along!
