What is your food/eating philosophy?

Are you vegan? Paleo? Do you buy organic? What about processed foods? Just curious. 
I try to eat the rainbow, meaning I eat as many different colors (naturally occurring in fruits and veggies) in any given day. I try not to buy food that comes in boxes or cans and I only buy the best quality meat. I go meatless once or twice a week, but mostly cause I like tofu and beans.  I like to cook so cooking from scratch is my go to.   We eat out once or twice a week, mostly Vietnamese, Thai, or Japanese.
