Pain Down below?

I can quite explain it but I am having a lot of pain in my groin (but it feels more bone than muscle).like it hurts to move my legs too wide. Anyone else experiencing and have relief suggestions? I'm 31 weeks 3 days

It sounds like SPD. It has woken me up at night with my bones grinding. My OB said to try a belly belt and yoga poses like the cat pose. Yes I have been having this pain since the second trimester. I'm on my third pregnancy so the more babies the worse it gets. It even hurts to get out of before if you make a mistake and open your legs too wide. Try a belly band or exercises that relieve the pressure.

I have the same problem, I've been stretching (what I like to call the butterfly stretch) and it seems to help for a little, but my doctor said it will just get worse as time winds down. 😣

I have the same thing. OB said it's totally normal and gets worse as you have more babies.
