Jogging Pains
I am 38D bra size and size 16 jeans. My booty is definitely fat. I wear a tight sports bra to keep my chest still while jogging, but my bottom is bouncy too. It actually hurts now, it's not sore muscles, it's just like pain in the breast when those bounce too hard! I usually use an elliptical, but I just workout at home since I finished college last week and don't have gym access anymore. Any have any tips for this jiggly problem? Or will it just hurt less as my rear gets smaller. (Yes I am overweight, but I am very active, and this is a new problem) thank you for the commentary!!
