Is this a typical area for back pain at 6-7 weeks pregnant? It feels suspiciously similar to menstrual lower back ache but somewhat different? (I had a miscarriage in April). I stand for most of the day at work and just got some relief on my drive home. I'm not having any bleeding or discharge... Some abdominal cramping but I also have IBS which has been less than fun since becoming pregnant again. This ass pain, though...damn it hurts!
