Sugar Addiction
So, thanks to some handy-dandy food tracking apps, ive been tracking my nutrition lately. My calories have been good, most days being at or lower than my goal. Carbs are mediocre, and so is everything else. It is reccomended to have 50 ish grams of sugar a day. Most days i have 105-120. My highest was 143. How can i stop this? Cutting calories is easy, but sometimes i crave sugar so much its rediculous. It makes me sick to think how much sugar i consume. My dad is also addicted to sugar, and nearly everyone on my moms side of the family has diabetes. Please help.
