Belly band?

I have back pain from a previous injury and my midwife recommended me getting a belly band to help while pregnant. Anyone have any experience with them?  Thank you!

A maternity support belt is probably what you need, a belly band doesn't offer much support, it's more for holding up hour pants

They have different kinds of bands. You need the support band which I believe Bella band does make a support band.

I don't know anything about if she was recommending a Velcro one or a specific kind. I'm going in for physical therapy in 2 weeks and I figure they'd give me more info then but I thought I'd ask you ladies before I started researching. I thought it might be a brand or something.

I was given one but I decided to buy my own. I had bad back ache and spd so I opted for one with a large back piece and splints in it also. It was amazing, helped me so much I don't even need to use it anymore! I got it off ebay was only about £7

If your talking about the Velcro kind 
I used mine when I was Prego with my son 
And it helps It takes some weight off 
That's the best way I can say it lol
Really helped me give it a try doesn't hurt
