Will you or do you teach your kids to say "yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes sir, and no sir"?

It implies that someone is more important than someone else, so no. They'll call me mom,  and other random people by their (mr/mrs) last name, or first name.  That's it.

It teaches respect and let's face it mine and the next generation have NO respect.
I teach my two year old yes ma'am and yes sir

I don't have kids yet (ttc for 2yrs) but I run a daycare in my house (6 kids under 4) and I don't tell them to say it but when they ask me something I respond with "yes mam" "yes sir" and after so long now when I ask them something they respond with "yes mam" so I guess I teach it thru example
