Is it domestic violence if he pulls my hair and yes sometimes even hits .. he always says is my fault bcs I provoke him one time he actually busted my lip the other he chocked me and put the covers in my face ... he always tells me that he doesn't mean it he's just really rough and aggressive idk what to do ?! please someone help !
