I ovulated Yesterday can a blood test pick up if I am pregnant in a week?

Yes but it would be very hard to get a dr to order that until you have missed your period. The levels would be so low they wouldn't think the pregnancy was viable if you went sooner than the missed period.

My doc did mine way early even though I said it was too early to test. Test was done at 8am on 12tg. My af isn't due til 21st. Well it was negative so smashed my hopes.
