Weight gain...help!
Does anyone know any real (as in they really work) diets that could help me? I've gain so much weight within the last year that It has become totally outrageous. I've cut back food and have eaten healthy but what I end up losing doubles when I gain it back! I'm have decided to sign up for the gym but I'm a little terrified! I'm always scared that someone is going to judge me and my body while I'm working out. Especially guys... I don't understand what's going on with my body! No matter what I do I just jeep gaining! Any advice is welcomed, or maybe even a workout partner?
