Pain in tailbone area?

Woke up during the night with bad pain mostly where my tailbone is. A little pain around front but wasn't like cramp feelings.  Got up and drank a big glass of water and tried to go back to bed. Didn't really go away till a few hours ago. I'm thinking maybe a nerve was being pressed? Anyone else have this? I'm 13 weeks

Mine has been killing me too! It's shifting along with your pelvis to make room for baby. They only thing that has helped me is my Chiropractor! Try getting an adjustment, it will help! Oh, also sleep with a pillow in between your knees 😊😊❤️

I've been getting pain there since about 20wks, I'm 23 wks today, most the time it even extends to my right leg, makes it hard to walk!

Same here. I was told that your tail bone shifts just like your pelvic bone to make room for the uterus and baby. Mines been hurting since 13 weeks and I'm now 19. The doctor said it will get better about a week after delivery. Tylonal, massage, and warm baths help me.
