Random pains?

Ive been having random pains in my lower stomach, back, and ovaries. Is this normal?

I am in the same boat with you ladies! I have been getting cramps/pains i y sides and back for the past few days. My doctor said it's normal as long as there isn't heavy bleeding.  It's our bodies starting to stretch to make room for baby! 😄

I am wondering the same thing! I get pinches in my ovaries and slight sharp cramps...two weeks along. Hhmm. No spotting so that's good.

I've been having a bunch of pains also. I stretched today and had a super sharp pain in my lower abdomen towards pelvic region. It still hurts when I move sometimes

I'm with you!  Lol my old body must already be stretching out at 5 wks. I'm having mild abdominal & back pains and even my hips hurt, kinda stiff, like I've been on my feet all day. Guess everything's loosening up!

I'm on my 2nd day of cramps, they come and go but last night they were terrible. At first I was using a heating pad but as it turns out that's a huge no-no! I'm hoping they go away soon! Good luck :)

Doctor said it's normal if there is no bleeding.
