Low carb/high protein diet
I'm 5wks 4 days and feel awful already. I tried really hard to lose weight after I had my first daughter, but I was not very successful. I gained about 50 pounds with her and lost about 25. So I'm the heaviest I've been at any point in my life and was attempting to lose weightwhen I got pregnant with this baby. I'm just wondering if a low-carb high-protein diet would be beneficial for me to at least maintain the weight I am right now so that I don't continue to gain. I'm currently 5"2 and weigh 166 pounds. I was 145 when I got pregnant with my daughter. and I realize I won't get down to that while I'm pregnant but I would like to at least maintain my weight. I plan to start exercising again really soon too but right now I'm really struggling with extreme fatigue!! 😞
