Am I a bad person???

So I am currently 10+6, I just found out one of my co-workers who is just plain awful to me that she is 10 weeks too... We are due 7 days apart. And I just feel so angry and depressed. I feel like she has stolen my pregnancy thunder. And just want to cry. Is this normal???

Don't sweat it- it's inly a co- worker. You should team up and turn it into a positive- it's not like she plotted against you! A co worker & I were 2 weeks apart with my first and we had it in common, we are still great friends- don't be too upset, hormones I'd say- you'll get over it.

I found out my cousin whom I don't get along with is pregnant and is one week behind me. I was pretty upset cuz she was also pregnant at the same time as me with my 1st. She made everything a competition with the 1st babies and I know it will be the same with this one. It sucks and takes away from my excitement cuz it seems anytime I post something exciting she try's to out due me. Your not a bad person it sucks when your excitement is brought down by a person your not a fan of.

Lol, I have a huge family. If there isn't at least 4 of us pregnant around the same time, something's wrong. I think it's just hormones... Hopefully you find a way to have peace with the situation so it doesn't stress you out too much! :) Congrats on the baby!

There is no reason to be mad bc someone else's pregnancy has nothing to do with you- and vice versa. I understand being hormonal and feeling frustrated but remember, these are work people. You get to share this with friends and family who are so much more important. Don't let something so silly steal your joy! This will NOT matter at all this time next year. Try to focus on you, and not on others, especially people you don't get along with! The people who really care about you will make it special and that's all that matters.

I feel your pain & annoyance...

2 of my cousins, both of whom I am not close with (they are actually siblings) and 1 of whom has been very very horrible to me (like should have been jailed, was arrested... Anyway) are pregnant. It's always been a competition / comparison with them (we all got married the same year, they followed me anyway) The 3 of us are all due within 5 days!   F. I. V. E.  Days!!! Crazy and super annoying.

We have a 4th cousin due in late May and a 5th due in July, so 5 cousins out of 7 (and 2 that aren't are still in high school) all pregnant! Guess it's a good year for baby's in our family but definitely steals the thunder

I would love to find out my co-worker (who has also been TTC) is also pregnant, but I'm friends with her. I guess I'd probably feel a little differently if it were someone I don't really care about though. But that's the case for a lot of things, like promotions (happy for a friend, not so happy otherwise, cause they're essentially competition; in this case, for attention and excitement in your happy time). Anyways, you can let it bother you (I know it's super easy, especially with our crazy hormones right now!), or you can try to become close with her, trade ideas and share pins on Pinterest, and when babies are born, have play dates. It's really all a matter of perspective ☺

Me and my coworker are due around the same time. She is like a week and a half after me. But we get along great and I am happy I'm not "the only one."

With my first pregnancy there were 4 of us all due within a month.  Really sucked!
