Does it matter if you take clomid in the morning or at night?

My RE told me I could take all 3 (150mg) at once. He suggested before bed so I could sleep through any side effects.

I took 100mg last cycle and ovulated.

I was told night time because that is when your pituitary gland is the most active. 
Side effects can happen any time of day ☺️

I am prescribed to take mine between 6 & 8 pm so there must be something about taking it at night. Before I was ever told when to take it, I chose night since I could sleep through the hot flashes and at other uncomfortable side effects.

I was told to take them in the morning because your natural hormones are higher then so it helps "boost" them. Although my third round I took at night and ovulated. On my fourth and will stick to morning.

This is my second round.... On my first  round he told me take it in the morning...... This time we were waiting for test results to come back before he called it in so I missed the am of cycle day 5 so now I have to take it at night
