Braxton hicks ??

This is my second son but my oldest was induced a month early because I had preeclampsia an had lots of different medicine so I never really experienced labor or pain. But the past few days I randomly get these pains that are soo uncomfortable and painful I read about Braxton hicks my tummy gets real tight an there's like a pressure in my cervix area an I get pain in my butt an lower back it passes an comes back again a few times a day. But I'm not sure if there Braxton hicks or something else. An I don't want to over react lol.
