Alright, so my last baby was born at 30 weeks for unknow reasons. Labor just came with no chance of stopping it. With this baby. I started having contractions at around 29 weeks. I stopped working at 32 due to pressure and contractions. My doctor gave me a note in order for me to leave my job starting dec. 31-6 weeks postpartum. Which will be around april. A long time to have no income. I applied for disability after my coworker told me about it. Idk how to ask my doctor to fill out the medical provider part though. I feel like im gonna take his time. Or mayb he wont want to. Has anyone asked their provider for this before? If yes. How did u ask them?
