Year post surgery

I had surgery aug 1 of last year to rule out endo and found stage two previous to my surgery I never had any signs or typical symptoms of endo however I did have surgery in 2008 and I believe they found endo outside of my woman parts but at the time were unaware it was endo but any way I have had the worst cycles since having surgery... Does it ever get better? I never had this issue before my second surgery but now they are he'll every month and extremely dibilitating.?
