Makeup newbie
When it comes to foundation and primers and things like that I get very Co fused. I though u could just buy some foundation and put it on but when I do it comes out all wrong. Can you tell me what u are supposed to put on before the actual foundation and maybe what kind of foundation to use for fair skin with freckles??
