Acne help

So I have really bad acne. I have it all over my shoulders, back, sometimes on my neck, and a little on my face of course. I had it super clear a couple years ago when I was on BC. But I'm TTC so I'm no longer taking BC and my acne is super bad and very embarrassing 😩 I'm getting married in a year and a half and I'm worried about walking down the isle with my shoulders and partial back showing. I don't want everyone seeing my hideous skin. Has anyone else had this problem and gotten rid of it? I've thought about seeing a dermatologist but that can be expensive.
