7 months of trying, 10 months after ectopic pregnancy.

I've been trying 7 months and nothing yet I have 2 daughters already but want another child really bad. I had an ectopic pregancy that resulted in losing my right tube and overy. It happened 10 months ago.

What are the odds or should I say chances of me getting pregnant again ? And what is the average time it takes to have a positive after somthing like this.
