This is my first round of femara

I have pcos so I don't ovulate therefore I am confused about how it works ...little bid of back tracking..I do believe I ovulated this cycle (didn't test because my Dr said it could be false positive since I have pcos) I have had sore full breast since 1 dpo emotional low grade fever high soft closed cervix nauseated yesterday morning ...took a test yesterday at 11 dpo it was bfn...last night I had super stretchy ewcm sore breast etc...woke up this am...no breast soreness what so ever ...i am still emotional still have high soft cervix..is this a sign AF will be here Thursday?? (28 day)
