What has help you the most?

Zofran, toast, gatorade, and laying still in bed. I think mine might be linked to motion sickness because bending over and going up and down stairs makes me sick in addition to other stuff. So I find if I get really nauseous laying down can chill me out so I don't puke. Smells are the worst though, its hard to avoid them. I also stay far far away from citrus. I'll get SO sick from that I've found. Also stress seems to make it worse so I've tried to chill out more.

I am on what I guess to be Spain's equivalent to Zofran. It has made the vomiting go down from 15-25 times a day to 5-10. Also, I only vomit after 5pm about 2 times a week now, which is nice to be able to have the evenings. Unfortunately I still can't stomach much of anything. This week I have had a yogurt, juice, caffeine free Coke almost every day, and a couple slices of cheese pizza. Most days I am forcing myself to eat a couple bites and then I have to stop or I will throw up. Long story short, the Zofran helps but not much.

I did best on a slow drip (250ml/hr) with 8mg zofran pushed every 8 hours. Then the unisom every six, balanced off with reglan between unisom doses.

I noticed this week that full panel maternity pants make me throw up! How weird is that. I guess the panels are too tight up by my stomach or something... Too bad I can't live in pjs!
