7 DPO - symptoms / observations

Hey all, I have a question. I have sudden bouts of nausea that usually subside with peppermint product. I spent about an hour and a half with nausea. It felt like I had been on a roller coaster.

Anyway I returned to my job and noticed a very light red smear on some toilet paper.

I also coughed twice today and felt as if I couldn't hold my bladder either time.

The final symptom that I have noticed is my nipples themselves have been very sensitive.

For physical observations, I noticed I hate certain veggies, and sausage, and while jumping in the shower today I noticed the lower quadrant of my abdomin was relatively hard and bloated.

I have a clear blue plus test. When do you think I should be able to test? Also are these symptoms normal or should I call my doctor about them.
