Irregular period and Fertility

Well I am 21 and I have been on birth control since I was 16 (shot,pills & now the patch). My periods have always been irregular. I have also been on antidepressants since I was in 7th grade. I know some things can interfere with your period. But I am afraid that when I'm ready to conceive that I might have a hard time due to having an irregular period. Has anyone else had these kind of problems and still been able to conceive?
