Pain L right side of pelvis

I know about round ligament and occasionally get sharp pains for a few seconds. I've developed a dull ache on my lower right side that's there a lot of the time and is just uncomfortable. It also wakes me up sometimes. I'm 22 weeks, recently had the morphology scan and everything was fine there. Not sure how much of surrounding organs they visualise with that though? I'm sure it's all fine just bothering me as I've not had anything like it til now. Any comments
