First response ovulation kit.

So after 4 months of TTC this month I finally tried opk and caught my surge right on, we bd every day even before I got a postive on the ovulation test and every day after that til now. What I want to know is how many women got pregnant there first month using first response ovulation kits. Pic below thanks for any replies :)
