Cramping while urinating

I'm exactly 6 weeks today and just experienced what I thought were pretty intense cramps while peeing just now. Have you ever had his before? Please comment if you feel the need to explain your situation. No blood or anything, just felt like cramping. Weird! My bladder wasn't super full or anything.
