CM and Cervical Position

Kara • A mother of four children and three babies in heaven! My hubby is a Over the Road Truck Driver.
The directions for the basal temperature needs to be in the mornjng before getting our of bed. But does it matter when you check CM and cervical position? If so what is advised? If not what has been your experience for the easiest time to check them?
