What to take for bathroom issues..
I eat healthy, I cut out junk food from the start of my pregnancy, I drink a ton of water and I am recently having a little issue going to the bathroom. I have heard to take a stool softener but I am a little worried about it being harsh or upsetting my stomach. Any moms out there have any suggestions or any natural alternatives? Any help would be appreciated!
