Ok , I'm 7 weeks super early and so excited I have already started building a nursery and cleaning my house like crazy .... With that being said my husband and I just moved our bedroom up 2 flights of stairs by ourselves and .... Well I'm worried I might have hurt myself or the baby I was extra careful but I'm cramping very light cramping ... Was this a bad decision ? We had no one to help us ....
