Is there anything I can do to turn my threatened miscarriage around?

I'm 4 weeks 5 days today but I think my hcg levels were in the 200s yesterday night when my doctor said their supposed to be in the 400s at that time and said I might be misscarying soon.

Has Anyone been told that and ended up having their baby? If I wasn't pregnant my af would be due on February 16th.

I don't know what to do and I'm nervous because I feel like my doctors honestly didnt do anything to help me look on the positive side of things.

I'm also in denial because I feel normal lol. I Mean If/when it happens it happens but I'd still like to know the pros and cons from people who claim to have went to school for these types of situations and not just an "im sorry, here's your discharge papers".
