Can animals sense pregnancy?!

Lately my cat has been coming up more,right happy and likes to get on my belly.. Before she would jump up and let me rub her and get down,now she likes to sleep on my belly..

All 3 of my dogs sleep with me but if I'm not home they sleep with my son very weird cause they use to not go near my son but now they're being more protective. When I was pregnant my Chihuahua would lay by my stomach all the time.

My cat used to sleep on my belly when I was pregnant and he'd look down when the baby kicked or moved. My cousins cat did the same to her through both of her pregnancies.

Absolutely! My parents got a puppy while I was pregnant and he was constantly biting me. We asked the vet about it and he said the hormones produced by pregnancy allows the animal to know. He also said that I must have a "sweet" taste for the dog cuz I was the only one he would bite lol

my mother in laws dog when we went new year wouldn't leave me alone she kept licking my foot everytime she walked past me she normally just gives me one lick to say hello then does her own thing but she would not leave me alone I thought it was weird and I found out I was pregnant not long after lol and then it clicked x
