What do I tell work when I take a day off for the OBGYN?

I hate to lie, but I don't want to tell my boss where I am going when I take a day off for my first ultrasound next week, since the pregnancy is still on the down-low. Legally I don't have to say, but that would just be weird haha! How can I say, "I'm going to the doctor" without any questions?! Has anyone done this before?!

I just requested the afternoon off for an appointment, there's no reason to give details if you don't care to. ☺ I'm not planning on announcing it at work until the second trimester.

I would just say hey I have a doc appt that I can't miss it's so hard to get an appointment

I'd just say I'm going to the doctor. No one needs to know why. If they ask, you can say "I'm sorry but it's personal" or just say it's a check up.

Just say you have a doctors appt, or have to get your car serviced or something. Or a dentist appt lol. I work with two guys so they are clueless.

Just say you have an obgyn appointment. You dont just go there for baby stuff, you go there for "woman parts" stuff lol....

Call out sick and use the day to do other things that you may have pending.  I'm thinking I may have to do the same "/ I really want to keep this pregnancy on the low til my second trimester so lying it is for now.

Can't you just ask for a personal day pay or not? You don't have to tell what you use it for.
