Married and still being safe!! :(

I hate the fact that I'm married and my husband still pulls out as if he doesn't want a baby! I had birth control and we agreed to get it taken out so we can start a family and now he changed his mind. One night we had sex and afterward not even a second after we were done he was like " I gotta get you the morning after pill!!" Kinda hurt my feelings! 😭 Am I not good enough to have a baby with??  Need advice on how to talk to him about it?? HELP!!
