I don't know what to think!!

Okay so I just wanted a second opinion on this. I took this earlier today and it looked negative, I sat it on my nightstand. I left for work around 4 and came back at 7:30 and saw this. There is an obvious second line. When I invert it it's really noticeable. I don't know what to think! It didn't smear or over flood when I took it and I sat it on a dry surface so I'm not sure what happened. It didn't look like this before. What do u ladies think.? I'm confused :( what do u ladies think?
