Sickness at 20 weeks

I guess I am prone to getting to 20 weeks & falling apart! I'm almost 21 weeks now & have been sick as a dog since Sunday. Even had some spotting last night. Waiting on a call back from my OB now. Has this happened to anyone else? Perfectly fine for the first half & then get sick after?
