Weight fluctuation...
So my goal weight right now is 180, im currently 248 (which is my week high) I'm trying to get myself down to around 145-150 as an end goal. However, since I've started working out and watching my portions and counting my calories, my weight's been going up to 248 down to 243 and then back up again. Is a 5lbs fluctuation normal??? I know muscle weighs more than fat but how could I be gaining that much muscle so fast? When does the fat start coming off?
