Possible gestational diabetes.

Hey ladies :) im 25 week and I have my glucose test coming up in February. At my appointment today I told my doctor I occasionally get dizzy after eating my meals. It really doesn't matter what I eat either. She said it's possible im GD bit they will test next visit.. Anyone have GD and was the above a symptom for you? I've always been relatively healthy And don't fit in the risk category but I guess things don't have to make sense
