According to Glow, I don't start ovulating until tomorrow, but I have this weird pinching cramp around my right ovary and I'm also extremely bloated and my uterus feels really right. My last period was Jan 11-17th, but it was really really light. My whole life, I've had extremely heavy periods that would last a month at a time so I was never in tune with my body. So, I'm still learning the signs. 4 months ago I finally went to my obgyn about it and she did an ultrasound and a biopsy and told me that I'm not ovulating like I should be and the lining of my uterus is too thick.. She put me on birth control for a month and my periods have been normal since. I also started taking Vitex to regulate my hormones. Anyway, are the feelings I'm having now signs of ovulation?? If so, that would be fantastic.
